The Android app — listed as LudoLah! — bundles the whole game and all 29 languages, so pass-and-play and matches against the computer work with no connection at all.
On the two names: the game is branded PlayLah! in play — it's the logo you see on the board. On your phone's home screen and in the app store it appears as LudoLah!, because "PlayLah" is already taken by another Ludo app and sits one letter away from an unrelated payments app. Same game, either way.
Under India's Promotion & Regulation of Online Gaming Act 2025, online money games are prohibited. PlayLah! is built so that nothing you stake has monetary value: points are given free, earned by playing, and can never be purchased or withdrawn. Prizes, where offered, are promotional items from sponsors. Read the terms for the detail.
