Applies to the Jhooomo website and the PlayLah! game (Android app and web).
The Android app is distributed under the name LudoLah!; it is the same
product and these terms cover it.

The most important thing: points in PlayLah! are not money. They cannot be
bought, sold, transferred for cash, or withdrawn. They exist only inside the game and have
no monetary value whatsoever.
1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or playing, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't
use the service.
2. Your account
Give accurate registration details, and keep your password to yourself.
One account per person. Running several accounts to gain an advantage in tournaments
is the main thing our misuse detection looks for, and it will get accounts removed.
You are responsible for what happens under your account.
You can delete your account at any time — see the Privacy Policy.
3. Points and reward coins
Two separate in-game currencies, deliberately kept apart:
Play points — given free at signup and earned by playing. They can be
staked in matches. They cannot be purchased with real money and cannot be
converted to money. They are worthless outside the game, by design.
Reward coins — earned only by playing. They cannot be bought, staked,
or transferred. They can be redeemed for promotional items in the in-app store.
This separation is deliberate and legal, not incidental. Under India's Promotion &
Regulation of Online Gaming Act 2025, online money games are prohibited. PlayLah! is not a
money game: nothing you stake has monetary value, and nothing can be cashed out.
4. Prizes
Some tournaments offer promotional codes or physical items provided by sponsors. Where they
are offered:
Entry is free or costs earned points only — never real money.
Prizes are described before you enter. Availability may be limited.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
Where a prize's value triggers tax withholding under applicable law, we may need your
tax details before handing it over, and we may be required to withhold tax.
5. Fair play
Don't do these things:
Use bots, automation, or modified clients.
Exploit bugs rather than reporting them.
Run multiple accounts to manipulate tournaments.
Harass other players, or post unlawful or abusive content in chat.
Attack, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.
We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules, including forfeiting points.
6. Chat
Table chat is stored temporarily (7 days by default, 30 maximum) and administrators may
read it to resolve disputes. Don't share anything sensitive.
7. Availability
We try to keep the service running but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or
error-free. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. If we shut the service down
permanently, we will give reasonable notice where we can.
8. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for
indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Because points have no monetary value, loss of points is not a financial loss.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be signalled in the app before they take
effect.
